For establishing easiness, transparency and accuracy in milk collection units from primary level, we are committed to implement new system methodologies. However, to make the operation easier and simpler, we have predefined parameters to identify the applications where our system can be implemented. These activities are as follows:
Policy Research: We carry out some actions under our policy research. We take up problem specific and area specific need based special studies for policy support. In addition, we conduct regular field studies concerned with business interest.
Strategy: We must have link with large cooperatives, Unions, Federations and NDDB in a national network that are engaged in collecting, adding value and disseminating information. For Policy Planning & Decision Support, we ensure of availability of analytical information
Action Plan: We have an action plan for implementing automation of dairy operation all over India.
