DSK Milkotronics, Milking Machineare easy to use. With the help of these machines any person can do the milking of cattle both cow and buffalo. Through this Milking Machine the milk quantity is increased as complete milk is removed from udder of cattle which is not possible during manual milking process. Also it takes approx. 5-6 min for cow and 7-8 min for buffalo milking.
In order to make this device cost effective to the farmers, we have studied, developed and manufactured this device by using all Indian spares parts, so we didn’t have to depend on any foreign company for spares.
We have developed this device for maintaining the hygienic condition of cattle and quality of milk by simultaneously reducing the human interference during manual milking.
Single bucket milling machine consists of:Pump – 150 LPM, Motor – ½ HP, Oil Engine – 1.5 HP (optional) Pulsator – 1, Orbitor – 1, Vacuum tank – 1, 20 litres CAN,Shell & Liner – 4 nos, Pulsator tube, Milk Tube.As this device is having single CAN so it is named as single bucket milking machine.This single bucket milking machine is used for milking of 10-12 cows or buffalo.=It also works on 2 KVA Inverter and backup depends upon the battery capacity.
Double bucket milling machine consists of:
Pump – 300 LPM, Motor – 1 HP, Oil Engine – 1.5 HP (optional) Pulsator – 2, Orbitor – 2, Vacuum tank – 1, Two 20 litres CAN, Shell & Liner – 8 nos, Pulsator tube and Milk Tube.As this device is having 2 CANs so it is named as double bucket milking machine and through this device milking of two cattle can be done at same time.This double bucket milking machine is used for milking of 20-25 cows or buffalo.It also works on 5 KVA Inverter and backup depends upon the battery capacity.
In Parlor System Machine is installed at one single point near cattle shed.
Cows or buffalo are brought at that parlor and milking is done.
For the farmers who are having 50-100 cattles, it is difficult to do the piping and machine installation. So in order to reduce the cost and efforts this type of setup is done which is known as Parlor System.
